Wallpaper appears after 30+ seconds

Hi there! I’ve installed Sequoia on this 2014 MacBook Air with 8Gb RAM. Seams it works pretty well. Moving between tabs in settings isn’t fast. But I’m not using settings everyday. But I’ve found else one thing I don’t like. macOS loads, I’m entering my pass, coming… and I see gray desktop… wallpaper will appear only after 30+ seconds.

How can I make this laptop to load wallpaper faster?

What else can I do to make interface a little faster. I’ve turned off spotlight (I’ve seen it on YouTube 😁)
