[SUCCESS] Big Sur on my ancient piece of hardware.

[SUCCESS] Big Sur on my ancient piece of hardware.

I have finally achieved what I wanted, a macOS experience, I have trying to make a hackintosh since mid 2023, now here, (mostly) success after months (did take a long break before coming back and finally knows how to read the Dortania guide)

-- SPECS --

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k

GPU: Intel HD 4000

RAM: 8 GB 4x4 DDR3 1333 MHz

Motherboard: HP Compaq 8300 Elite SFF stock motherboard

Ethernet Card: N/A

WiFi: TL-WN823N (WiFi USB)

Drive: HDD (separate for macOS)

Touchpad and touch display devices: N/A

-- BIOS revision --

Guides used: OpenCore Guides + UnPlugged guide (for offline installer)

What isn't working: Sleep; FileVault | Vault

Differences in the OpenCore guide are - I do not have a WiFi card, therefore the **Making an installer** section is skipped entirely and go on following UnPlugged guide for making an modern macOS offline installer, not an online one.

extra stuff, I'm on a triple boot system :D, with Windows 11, KDE Neon and Big Sur.
