Sonoma not showing in boot options

Hi all, I know this has been posted and beaten to a pulp before but I’m honestly at my whit‘s end. I spent about 5 hours perfecting my EFI and config plist to eventually get Sonoma to boot up on my 6700xt and 5800x. I was able to successfully get to the installer, wipe the partition I chose with apfs, and reboot. The installer rebooted into the screen with the apple logo, finished installing for ~20 mins or so, and rebooted again. This is where the fun begins. I clicked macOS installer again thinking I’d be fine, but unfortunately it just spat out a crap ton of code and rebooted. I tried this 3-4 more times before I realized I’m likely missing something. I have tried changing my config file (UEFI min and max date to -1, adding my spoofed modal MacPro7,1 in secure boot, and following the steps listed in the OpenCore documentation). Does anyone have anymore suggestions? My only thought is that OpenCore is throughly confused due to me having windows and Linux both installed as well… for the record, Linux doesn’t show up on that page, I have to take out the USB and boot into grub. Windows shows up though.
