Hi i recently installed mac os sonoma on my 2017 macbook pro

After that every time i close the lid and leave it for the night next day i cant wake from sleep and i get the error that my mac restarted because of an problem\

Also every restart spotlight decides to reindex everything and in the meanwhile chug up like 10 percent of my battery life.

Anybody know how to fix that?
