Sequoia installer wrongly says insufficient disk space

I have a macbook air mid 2012 with catalina 10.15.7

I have used OpencoreLegacyPatcher to download Sequoia and create install Disk and patched the boot

Sequoia Installer says insufficient disk space (around 18 GB free) but Catalina says I have 74 GB free

Any Help?
