Reverted 2.0.2 to 2.0.1 on iMac13,2

I had a situation after I installed 2.0.2 where the machine mostly locked up. I was logged into 5 accounts. At some point, the login screen reappeared looking as if no accounts were logged in. SSH'ed in and could see that all the processes were still running, just without a UI.

I had this happen regularly under Yosemite a million years ago and it was resource related.

Maybe it was a one-time thing, maybe not related to OCLP, but I decided to revert OCLP anyway since I had just installed it.

It was pretty easy since I was able to log in:

  1. Download 2.0.1 OCLP app (first in case I end up with no network).

  2. Revert 2.0.2 root patches and reboot.

  3. Cancel prompt to install root patches again.

  4. Open up the 2.0.1 app and enter admin password when requested. 2.0.1 has been installed at this point and can be run from Applications.

  5. Build and install 2.0.1 on the internal EFI partition.

  6. Reboot and ignore prompt to install 2.0.2 (I disabled updates in the settings after that).

  7. Oddly, I was not prompted to install the 2.0.1 root patches, so I did it manually and rebooted.

  8. On startup, I confirmed 2.0.1 was the boot version of OCLP.

Working fine so far.
