Problem with MacOS

I have a problem with a 2017 MacBook Air.

Following a maj (I don’t know if it’s an Opencore or macOS maj), the screen restarts in a loop and even the Mac freezes then restarts (video)

Do you have solutions other than resetting it to a new one?

Ps: it’s my sister’s so I have very little information about what she did with it.

He only does this for the « login ». Recovery etc. I have no worries
