Preparing a flash drive for Clover

This guide references "Boot Disk Utility" to prepare a flash drive. Problem is, my AV does not like that site. Since it seems Clover seems targeted at Hackintosh, this seemed like the place to ask.

Using Windows, how can I prepare a flash drive without BDU?
