Please help so close I can taste it! QQ

I picked up a steal of a deal on a Mac Pro 3,1 on marketplace for only $25.

It had no HDD but the rest was operational. I already had an extra 1TB external USB drive that I decided I could temp use until I get a new internal drive.

I made a bootable USB install for El Capitan for the Mac Pro on a fresh format of the drive. Then I used the macOS High Sierra Patcher (dosdude1.com) patch to get to High Sierra so that I could use OpenCore to then patch to Sequoia.

Now that I am at Sequoia I am having a major issue that I cannot remedy.

I can only boot in safe mode. When I try to boot the drive without safe mode, I get the Apple logo and then a progress bar that does not load no matter how long I wait.

I believe there is a way that I can boot like verbose boot. But with open core EFI I am not sure how to do this.

Other than this, I have patched in safe mode, and restarted, installed wifi patch, and a couple others.

Just stuck at this boot issue. Spent several days getting the Mac Pro to this point, and Im about to wipe it and go to Sonoma if I cant get help here.
