MBP 2013 Bluetooth Problems (Sequoia/Ventura)

Hi, apolgies for another bluetooth post, but I still can't seen to solve my problem using any of the other posts I've found. I have an early 2013 MBP (15") and have been using OCLP to run Ventura on it for a little while now. It has been great, except my bluetooth occasionally just cuts out or has incredibly bad quality until I disconnect the device and re-connect it. I just moved up to Sequoia hoping it may fix things. Nope, still having the exact same problems. I have tried just about everything I can find using the search on this community and using old methods from Youtube videos. It seems like there are not many/any mentioned fixes with Sequoia. I would happily downgrade and start over again if there is another OS that does have bluetooth functionality fixed. Whenever I try to follow links for older fixes though it seems to have new versions that are different and I don't entirely understand how to blindly do these things without the step-by-step. I basically just want bluetooth functionality enough so I can use my airpods for my Zoom meetings without it deciding to cut out the second I need to speak and then interupting everything... I've looked into bluetooth adapters and it seems like they won't work as a fix for this either. Just bought some old wired earbuds to do the job for now, but it's pretty inconvenient. I do have bluetooth, it works plenty fine to connect and then even run smoothly for 20+ minutes at a time. It's problematic enough that I am hunting for some kind of fix though. Any suggestions? Thank you!
