Hi, Got a MacPro4,1 that had been flashed to 5,1 and ran great on OCLP for years. AMD RX580, and macOS Ventura. Can't explain why it suddenly borked itself. I ditched trying to fix the SSD boot drive. Downloaded a new Ventura image, patched w/ OCLP 2.0.2 w/ settings for MacPro5,1. The USB installer boot freezes early on -- and I can't even tell you at what step, because it's mid-word, and the step appears at a different point in different attempts. See screenshots. I assumed a hardware fault, but I ran Apple Diagnostics; memtest; and deployed a compatible vanilla OS (Leopard! ). All ran completely fine and I can't find any hardware issues.
