Can someone PLEASE help me figure out what I need to do to get my iMac updated!
I have a 2017 iMac. This is the first time I am using it in a couple of years. The last update I did was macOS Catalina. Of course when I turned my mac on, it said there was an update available (Ventura- which is the latest OS my mac will support) I downloaded the update and once I started to install it, it got stuck at 12 minutes remaining for over 2 hours. I canceled the installation, restarted my computer and tried to install again. Same exact issue the second time.
I am no expert when it comes to all the internal disk stuff, but I did find out my Macintosh disks are labeled untitled. From what I have found online, this could be a possible cause, but I honestly have no idea what to do from there if It is. I would really appreciate all the help I could get!
