macOS Sequoia is possible on is-10400?

I wanted to know that is it possible to install Sequoia on
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400
GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
Mainboard/Motherboard: Gigabyte H410M H V2

Ventura is working fine with current EFI https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Vlitzzw0xPzsgKRSS18sCDpHVALvDnaE?usp=sharing. And now I want to upgrade.
