I have a 2012 MacBook Pro with OpenCore and macOS Monterey. It works well, but sometimes there are small lags and some slowness that I find a bit annoying. My question is whether I can downgrade to Big Sur to somewhat resolve these issues. Many people say it's less optimized and performs worse on this Mac. Is that true? Should I leave it as is or switch to Big Sur?
