I'm thinking about swapping the i5 10600 with an i9 10910 in my hack. Are there any drawbacks or compatibility issues I should consider?

I wanted to build a home server, and while I was at it, I thought that I could just upgrade my hackintosh a bit and use an old i5 for it

I found a used i9 10910 relatively cheap online ($170), which is not exactly a 10900 and probably came from a broken iMac, so I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it in a regular PC motherboard. I have a Mini-ITX Asus B460i. Googling around, I also found that it has a different TDP and might need to change my SMBIOS from iMac20.1 to 20.2, but not sure about that

Does it have any other quirks? Or would it be better to just forget about it and look for a regular 10700 or 10900?
