Help! My 2010 Mac Pro won't turn on anymore. :-(

2010 Mac Pro Tower, used OpenCore to install Big Sur.

I recently updated the OpenCore via a popup saying there was a newer version that fixed some graphic glitches. Has been working fine for like a week or so since that update.

But yesterday there was a power surge. Sounded like a transformer blew up down the street and the lights flickered. I don't remember if my mac was on at the time. But it's plugged into a TrippLite surge protector, and all of my other things plugged into that same outlet are fine. So could be coincidence.

The tower will try to turn on, light on the power button lights up, fans start to spin, it will allow me to move the mouse and choose which drive to boot from, then the loading screen with the apple logo and the progress bar show on the screen. But the progress bar never gets past half way.

I tried to hold down Apple+R to open in recovery mode, but it didn't seem to work.
