Error while booting for first time.

As said in title, for some reason the installation is not moving forward. Please help.
Specs:
Dell Latitude 5480
CPU - i5-7300U
GPU - Intel HD 620 Graphics
RAM - 16GB (2133 MHz)
SSD - 240GB

I'm trying to install Ventura (13) with MacBook Pro 14,1 as the SMBIOS.
