Completely new to Virtual Machine Env.(not exactly but a noob fs when it comes to what has changed in 2024)

Hello beautiful peeps,
looking for a hackintosh guide on using dual oses without being able to shut down my pc and switch, I know u/MorgonautHackintosh has a few solutions but I really can't understand her accent and the guide seems pretty unclear for me, any step by step resources would be useful ! Cheers !
