Hey everyone. I'll keep this short and sweet. I have a MacBook Pro 14,1 (2017, 13 inch, 2 thunderbolt ports), and I recently installed OpenCore Legacy Patcher to upgrade from Ventura to Sonoma. Overall, it worked very well and I was surprised with the results. It still runs a bit slow, even after the factory reset, which I'm guessing is just its age showing.
When the update for Sequoia was released, I updated. However, I didn't realize until after the fact that there was a new version of OpenCore out, 2.0. I'm not sure if this has to do with the current issues I'm experiencing. But now, I can't run the post-install root patch, as whenever I try to, it says "unsupported host OS." I'm guessing this means that I need to update to OCLP 2.0. But unfortunately, one of the patches involves fixing something with the wifi, as right now, my laptop won't connect to any wifi.
So, how do I fix this? Is there a way I can update to OCLP 2.0 without wifi, or can I build the USB installer on a windows PC? What do I need to do?
