Can’t get in

A month or 2 ago I tried updating through oclp and it wouldn’t update. I tried just installing the root patches thinking it must have installed the latest update and needing to be patched. Anyways it restarted and never loaded. I can’t even get in using safe mode where it is above. Any suggestions? Mid 2012
