Any Plug&Play (with kexts obvs) WiFi & BT external Dongle

So I Hackintoshed my laptop Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15ACH6 with sonoma. My WiFi and BT drivers are not supported. So I wanted to know is there any external dongle which I can use instead of just swapping my internal network card. Thank you
