First: I used this guys YouTube video to setup the OS this was the best video guide I have seen because I followed plenty and they were not as good or with zero success. Look up "litemint09" this uses ventoy.
Second: After that I was able to search posts here in this subreddit on how to get the GTX 760 working.
This guy is an absolute legend everything worked to a T.
