Able to boot to selection menu but don't know how to work cfglock

I'm using a dell optiplex 3046 with JACKCHENxx's efi files on GitHub with macks Sonama and I can get to the little efi selection menu but after that when I try to install it just shows apple logo. In the efi guide it wants me to select some kind of setup_var_3 file but it's not showing. Please help I really want to get this working today
