Hey gang! My father in law runs an old iMac which I have upgraded to Sonoma with OC bootloader. He just let me know that he got a message saying "OC Legacy Patcher is running without root patches and would like to install them". He clicked OK on that, his Mac booted, but then he had a message saying Mac was going to look for wireless mouse etc, and if he has an USB mouse he should click Cmd-Q.
Since he has a USB mouse he clicked Cmd-Q, but is now looking at a fully booted Mac with a white background (wasn't like that before) and the regular top & bottom menu ...but his mouse refuses to move!
The annoying thing is that I'm on the other side of the planet, so I can't really try stuff myself, and he's really computer illiterate (it just took me 10 minutes over the phone to make him find the Tab key).
Anyone had this issue before and knows what to do?
