Update from sequioa beta to normal version and best fit smbios to my intel nuc

Yesterday I successfully installed sequoia on on my Intel nuc 8i3bek, but is beta. Do I update to normal version from beta or I have to start install from begin?

Second question is about smbios, I choose MacBook 15.2 cause I have iris 655 is better fit than Mac mini, but my computer is mini and I thought that should have Mac mini smbios, in guideline was wrote that Mac mini is best fit with intel nuc.
