Stuck at apple logo loading bar after patching with OCLP

My laptop is a HP elitbook 1040 G3 i7-6500u hd520 version. I previously had Monterrey installed which worked quite well but I wanted to update to Sonoma. So I made a bootable Sonoma USB and installed it to the drive. It booted and worked (but without GPU acceleration obviously). When I patched the iGPU with OCLP it got stuck on the loading bar after restarting.
