Sequoia! None of the settings will unlock with the account password.

1. Fresh install on a 2017 15" MBP (MacBookPro14,3) with Sequoia
2. Used OpenCore Legacy Patcher 2.0.1
3. Post-Install Root Patch not required according to the app
4. Can log in, run commands with sudo in Terminal, and even change the account password - A OK!
5. Any settings that require a password to unlock won't unlock with the password.
6. Touch ID isn't anywhere in Settings either when it worked fine on High Sierra to Sonoma

I really don't want to have to re-install and am hoping there's a simpler solution. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
