Sequoia installs almost successfully, but keeps boot looping on the first boot.

So the installer went all the way no problem, but for some reason cant finish up booting the first boot. I know sonoma had to have SecureBootModel set to disable in order to go all the way, once it finished I changed to default. I have tried that to a no go, I've also tried removing and enable Bluetooth fixed, to a no go. Does anyone knows what else should I try? thanks for your help.
