I updated to Sonoma 14.6.1 from 14.5 and everything went fine until it rebooted and a setup screen appeared while the screen was flickering but the keyboard and trackpad worked fine, after I completed the first steps of the setup it asked me to create a new user (like when you do a fresh install of macOS) I found that odd because it asked me for the login password of my current user earlier before the setup screen speared. I rebooted the the MacBook and reset the nvram but nothing remove or skip the setup, so I continued and I created a new user, being dumb and thinking that my data would be there after I created the user, but when I finished the setup, everything was gone, I checked disk utility and the space that my data occupied was still there but nowhere to be seen on finder. I tried everything to get back to the old user but nothing worked.
Another thing to mention is that when I reboot my MacBook, my old user appears but when I input the password the loading bar appears but when it finishes it just send me to a second login screen for the user I created on the “setup” of the update
My device is a MacBook Pro 15 inch late 2016 (MacBookPro13,3)
And now I’m on opencore 2.0.0 (before the update I was on opencore 1.5.0)
