OCLP Root Patching, Failed sanity checks, Update in progress, No Wifi! Need Help!!

Macbook 9,1 (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016)

Is it possible to manually install Root Patches?

Situation:

• Update to MacOs 15 was stuck. OCLP Kernel extensions are gone. Unable to install Kernel Patches
• No Wifi!
• Successfully updated to MacOs 15 with USB Updater. Still no Wifi! Still unable to install OCLP Root Patches:

Any suggestions how to bring back Wifi (maybe how to install root patch manually) or how to sanitize MacOS without having internet access on the computer?

Help needed! :-)
