OCLP Root Patching, Failed sanity checks, Update in progress, No Wifi! Need Help!!

Is it possible to manually install Root Patches?

Situation:

Update to MacOs 15 was stuck. OCLP Kernel extensions are gone. Unable to install Kernel Pacthes
No Wifi!
Successfully updated to MacOs 15 with USB Updater. Still no Wifi! Still unable to install OCLP Root Patches:

Any suggestions how to bring back Wifi (install root patch manually) or how to sanitize MacOS without having internet access on the computer?
