No stage manager after patch install

I have a mid 2011 imac running sequoia with open core patcher but after installing the patches I no longer get stage manager, after initial install and before patching I have stage manager but no WiFi and it seems to be the graphics patch takes stage manager away.....and suggestions, or is there a way I can patch without using the graphics patch. TIA
