hey i`m sorry for newbie question,

but can i have both windows and ios installed ?, i mean can i change smoothly between windows to ios and ios to windows without losing anything ?

and is the hardware specs is really matter ?, my ram is 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable), and processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz, my laptop is omen 15, i want to use macOS Sonoma for Xcode and Developing games, can i run it ?, do anyone have a guide for me ?,
