Need help I can't install mackintosh on my laptop

Hello I'm trying to install macOS on my Lenovo Legion 5 laptop that has those hardware

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800H , 8 cores Integrated gpu: Radeon vega 8 RAM: 16 GB ddr4 WIFI: RTL8852AE Audio: Realtek ALC287 audio codec

I followed guy on YouTube to make EFI on my Windows machine and I did literally every step he did to guide to it,

And when I boot the laptop from the USB I have go "OC failed to load configuration"

Any one can help me with installing this macOS please?😅🤍💔
