Native Monterey or OCLP Sonoma?

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro Mid 2015 i7 Quad-Core 16GB RAM running MacOS Sonoma with OCLP. I use this laptop mainly for Logic Pro and Ableton Live. I feel like MacOS Sonoma eats more CPU than Monterey, but I'm not sure if it's just placebo or real.

Do you think I should go back to natively supported Monterey, or MacOS Sonoma performs better and I should stick with it?
