My PC doesn't want to do the latest MacOS update (French only)

At the moment I'm trying again on the hackintosh because last year I didn't succeed and I wanted to try again, and it worked on Sonoma, I'm now in dual boot with Win11 and Sonoma. But I wanted to try Sequoia , so I formatted my disk on macos but it didn't work so I went back to sonoma. So I wanted to know if it's my pc that has a problem or it's just that it's not compatible

SPECS: AMD Athlon 3050u with readon graphics RAM: 4 Hearts:2 HP 245 G8
