Hi All,
Wonder if you can offer some advice / clarity on WiFi / Bluetooth / AirDrop in macOS Sequoia 15. I have been hackintoshing for a number of years using a Fenvi T919 (Broadcom BCM43xx) WiFi / Bluetooth card. As we know, Apple dropped support for Broadcom in Sonoma in which I resorted to OCLP (Patching), which is something I'm not entirely thrilled about.
I have just updated to Sequoia and haven't patched as of yet and have even gone as far as re enabling System Integrity Protection (S.I.P) and setting Secure Boot Model to default which I'm pleased about.
Do Intel WiFi Cards allow AirDrop and other features? If so, which ones?
My plan is to run the Fenvi T919 for bluetooth and an Intel card for WiFi, will I get all features back including location?
This computer only has to see me through until an appropriate M4 Mac is released, either a Mini or a base model Studio.
Thanks, appreciate any input :).
