Macbook Pro Mid 2012 / Dual graphics

I've got myself another MBP mid 2012 (I7 2.6, 16GB Ram, SSD, GT650M, anti glare)

Is it safe to upgrade to Sonoma or Sequoia in terms of the dual graphics and drivers for the 650M? If there is any missing compatibility I will stay at Catalina for now.
