MacBook Air A1369 2011, i5, 4G - what macOS can I install?

Hi there! I’ve got a gramp with some issue. Wanted to use it for parts, it turned out that this machine is semi-alive. So, I’ve decided to fix it, make maintenance, install more fresh macOS and let it go… I’ve never used Open Core. What macOS can I install on this 2011 MacBook Air with i5 and 4Gb of RAM? I want something stable. It would be cool if at least Monterey will fit and work without any issues. Thanks for your answers
