Jumping major Mac OS versions when installing OCLP? Safest method.

Hi. Planning to install OCLP for the first time on my Late 2017 5k iMac. Currently have OS 13 Ventura, would I be fine to jump directly to OS 15 Sequoia, or would it be recommended to first install OS 14 Sonoma, and then OS 15?

I don't really want to do a "clean" install unless it helps (files are on time machine too if needed). I use this computer for work, so looking for the most reliable and safest method. Thanks!
