Hi all,
I'm running OC REL-101-2024-08-0 on a 15" 11,2. All is good.
Thought I'd update to 2.0.0. Downloads and installs ok, updates the EFI folder that I boot from.
However, running 'nvram 4D1FDA02-38C7-4A6A-9CC6-4BCCA8B30102:opencore-version' in CLI reports that I'm still on the old version.
If I inspect the plist that's installed in EFI, I see the correct version number:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">
<dict>
<key>#Revision</key> <dict> <key>Build-Type</key> <string>OpenCore Built on Target Machine</string> <key>Build-Version</key> <string>2.0.0 - 2024-09-16</string> <key>Hardware-Probe</key> <data>
Is this just a cosmetic thing, or am I doing something wrong in the way that I'm checking?
