Hey, my initial boot into recovery is stuck here, what exactly do I have to do?

I don't think it's any of the actual efi files cuz I actually did get into recovery a few times, but mouse and keyboard weren't working and I tweaked some bios values, kinda messed up, did a reset and after seemingly tweaking all the settings needed I'm stuck here
