Help needed with Multiboot

Hello,

Just wanted to say, I have been on the site for over a decade and recently signed up. Today I am posting for the first time.

So, as the title says, I am having trouble multibooting MacOS (SonomaOS), Win10(ReviOS), and Linux (Garuda Dragonized). I use a Trigkey S5 mini PC-- AMD Ryzen 5800h and 32gb ram, also have 3 hard drives: 2 internal(500gb nvme and 1tb ssd) and 1 external(1tb ssd). I have actually been running MacOS and Win10 for a while with no issues but tried Linux and decided to run it. It took me about 3-4 days to get MacOS functioning properly-- mainly related to wifi, graphics issues, and bootloader configuration.

I was running Windows on my internal nvme and MacOS on separate internal 1tb ssd using OpenCore bootloader(OpenCanopy i think, sorry don't feel like confirming, but its Open something).

So, this is what I did up until now. I decided to install Linux on the nvme drive and do a fresh install of windows on a different drive leaving MacOS on its original drive due to time spent configuring it. I backed windows files on a 2tb drive, removed all drives except 500gb nvme, and successfully installed Garuda Linux to internal nvme. I unintentionally connected 1tb ssd before removing drive with Linux on it and realized after Win10 was installed and updated.

I now have Linux, MacOS, and Win10 on separate drives. I now unable to boot into MacOS and the bootloader. I would like to know if anyone could tell me how to get my bootloader working and OS's running. I only have ports for internal nvme and 1 ssd drive so would like to boot 1 externally if possible. I have a Wavlink HDD Cloner/Mounter and Wavlink Sata to USB 3 for external drive connectivity.

Sorry for the lengthy post, wanted to give all the info I could. But thank you for taking the time to read and look forward to finding out how/if I get my system running properly.
