I 've run Mac OS Sonmoma on Promxox, it works OK, but I could never get HDMI audio working, so I decided to install MacOS on bare metal, on the same hardware, instead.
The installation works fine untiil when there is exactly 19 minutes left. At that time everything freezes, including mouse and keyboard, the display is still show 19minutes left, forever.
I tried swapping my SSD, a 970 plus to a 990 Pro, since I had it available, but that of course didn't make a difference.
My hardware is:
Asrock x570 PG Riptilde
5950X
6950XTG(running it faked as a 6900XT)
128GB 3200 Ram
Any ideas what I could try?
I read somewhere that someone solved it by doing USB remapping. But that seem to be a unlikley fix. If the USB was wrong it would prevent boot altogether, not after several minutes...
Also, how could I even do thatr without a working MacOS install.
