built 4 years ago it was fully functional . my cpu cooler died unattended it took out the mother board and the intel i5 9600k cpu
i replace both with used from ebay the cpu was tested on my 9900k z390 designare as was my 32 GB of ram
the boot nvme checks out aok i can not get it to boot with know working EFI folders, fresh built efi folders nor will it boot from a usb installer
i'm at my wits end.suspect it may be the replacement motherboard but there are no signs of it having issues
does anyone have any suggestions ?
