Fresh, new OCLP hacker. Where do I ask questions?

So my attempt at building OCLP 2.0.0 has resulted in an error:

 - PatcherSupportPkg resources missing, Patcher likely corrupted!!! - Critical resources missing, cannot continue with patching!!! 

Patcher, and/or PatcherSupportPkg, seem to be newer than the OCLP bits!

How do I get past this?
