FaceTime not functioning

Howdy y'all!

I am on a 2014 Mac Mini running OCLP 1.3 and MacOS Ventura. I cannot for the life of me get FaceTime to function. Whenever I place a call or receive a call, it rings and I eventually get a call falled message.

I am happy to provide any information necessary in order to help solve this issue! Not 100% what is needed, but I am glad to provide it.
