Can't set SIP parameter for USB Bluetooth dongle installation

Came back to Mac OS since years, I bought a gorgeous and cheap Mac Pro 2013 trashcan, started from Monterey, than hit on OCLP, put in a 1TB nvme drive, installed Ventura and more or less everything (MS Edge crashed with a red screen after weeks with zero issues - I fear something related to hardware acceleration -) is running smooth! Now I'm trying to install a USB Bluetooth 4.2 dongle (TP-Link Archer TU2B Nano): I'm following this guide (link below) and it's mandatory to switch on SIP ALLOW_RESTRICTED_NVRAM, the problem is that I switch it on (see the screenshot), do post install root patch, build and install OC, do nothing, reboot... it keeps returning to unchecked: what am I missing?
