Can't Boot on Bootkey after restart on Imac 2017 ?

Hello when i restart the mac i don't see the " install sonoma " any idea ?

and i have this

• Starting Patch Process

• Determining Required Patch set for Darwin 23

• Verifying whether Root Patching possible

• Patcher is capable of patching

• Mounted Universal-Binaries.dmg

• Running sanity checks before patching

• Failed to find SystemVersion.plist on mounted root volume

• Unmounting root volume

• Failed sanity checks, cannot continue with patching!!!

• Please ensure that you do not have any updates pending
