I think it already had a failed gpu turned off but I borked it and spent 3 days reinstalling and troubleshooting. Things just wouldn’t load. I was about to give up on it. Luckily, I had my 2012 around and just swapped drives and everything worked.
I installed all the patches. It seems to work nice now under Monterey.
Do I need to do anything else or am I good to go? I’m fixing it up for a relative and want to make sure it’s all good before I return it.
